All orders are delivered in plain brown boxes or white padded envelopes. To maintain your privacy, no information on the nature of your order is visible on the packaging whatsoever. If our customer service needs to call you for any reason, we will not leave details of your order on ansaphones and will identify ourselves only as FMAG Ltd.

To ensure discretion, your credit card will be billed by Find Me A Gift Ltd. Please make a note of this. Additionally, you will receive an email confirmation of your order - this will detail only the number of items ordered and the total value of your purchase. This ensures that prying eyes cannot see your order details if you share your email account with your family.

Account holders may log in to their account at any time to view the current status of their order. Non-account holders may email or call us if they have queries regarding their purchase.

The email addresses collected if you join our mailing list are similarly not sold, loaned, rented or given away and are used only to send an email once a month informing you of offers, news, competitions etc. You can request to be removed at any time.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

We deliver to the UK and mainland Europe only.

All UK orders are sent recorded delivery by the Royal Mail. Goods that are in stock are dispatched same day. Please allow approximately 3 days for deliveries in the UK and approximately 8 days for delivery to Europe.

Delivery costs are £2.95 for the UK and £8.00 for the rest of Europe.

If our products are out of stock for any reason, generally you can expect delivery within 14 days. However, products are imported, so please allow 28 days before contacting us regarding out of stock items. We will, of course, contact all customers if there is a problem with their order.

If, when your delivery arrives, you are not there to collect it, the postman will put a note through your door and you may collect your package from the nearest sorting office. All our products are shipped in nondescript packages, so there is no chance for any embarrassment !

RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will exchange it for an alternative product or refund your money. (Refunds are subject to a £2.50 handling fee)

To qualify for the 14 day money back guarantee:

1. The goods must be unused.

2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.

3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.

4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.

5. The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you received your order.

6. Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.

7. Videos and magazines are non refundable and non exchangeable.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you.

To return a defective product, you must return the product within 30 days of purchase.

You should then return the goods, with all packaging, (please use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your parcel on the way back to us) to our warehouse at:
