A:Generally speaking, yes. Links and banners need to be placed on your site for you to earn commissions. However, you may promote us by placing affiliate links in PayPerClick search engines that go directly to our site.

If you wish to promote us in this way, let us know as we will try to ensure we are not competing directly with affiliates in the PPC arena.

Q: Are There Any Restrictions on Where I Can Place Links ?
A:Yes, 'fraid so. You may not place links in guestbooks, message boards, newsgroups or forums. You may not send spam email either. Affiliates found engaging in these activities will be immediately deactivated and their commissions will be forfeit. Please read our terms and conditions for further information.

Q: Is Sending Email to an opt-in list acceptable ?
A:Yes. We have to say beware buying 'opt-in' lists from email list vendors as these are often very close to spam, but if you have your own mailing list, feel free to promote us via your newsletter. In fact, we encourage it.

Q: When Do You Pay Me ?
A:Cheques in UK pounds are sent out on the first of the month. The minimum payout is £50.00. You can expect to receive your cheque within 3-4 working days (5-6 days for European affiliates). If you have not received your cheque by the 10th of the month, please contact our affiliate manager and he will assist you.

Q: How Much Does It Cost ?
A:Nothing. It's free to join our affiliate program. We take care of all order fulfilment and customer service issues. All you need to do is send us the visitors.

Q: What Are Chargebacks and Reversals ?
A:Sometimes we have to refund a customers purchase for reasons beyond our control. Some examples include credit card fraud, purchase disputes, duplicate orders or refunds for orders taken from customers who reside in countries we cannot deliver to.

If a sale is reversed that came through your affiliate link, we will deduct the commission from your affiliate account as soon as we are aware of the reversal.

Q: Do You Accept WebMasters from All Countries ?
